Takin' a Trip

Hello all,
Here is an update with what's going on with us:
   We are going to be visiting Cartersville this weekend. Getting to spend some time with our Lake Point family. We're super excited. We've been missing them. We're also looking forward to getting to meet a lot more of our new family. The Launch training for the Core Group starts this coming Sunday. We're glad to be able to be there for the first week. We're also going to be doing some house shopping while we're there. On that note... Anyone want to buy a house? We need to sell our house here in Tuscaloosa. We're praying that it sells quickly. Since this is an off weekend for football, I don't have as much to do at work, so I get to be home and start packing boxes. (Thanks to the Crocker clan for all the boxes.)

Here are some ways to specifically pray for us:
1. House- sell ours, find a new one, moving expenses
2. Job- Find a new one. I will be bi-vocational with the church and I won't be in law enforcement anymore. Pray that God will reveal the job that He has for me.
3. Patience, Faith, and Endurance- Patience to rely on God's timing. Faith that He will provide all of our needs. And endurance to stay the course when the great deceiver tries to distract us.
4. Pray that God will move in the hearts of the people of Bartow County. The only way we will be successful is with God's presence. Otherwise, we are but clanging cymbals and rusty gates.
