Welcome friends and family. Thanks for stopping by. Rebekah and I created this blog to journal our process of moving to Georgia. Also, this will be a way for you guys to keep up with what is going on in our lives.

Most of you know by now that we are moving to Cartersville, GA in December. For those of you who don't know... we're moving to Cartersville, GA in December. We are going to be part of a church plant there. We will be joining Frank & Suzanne Bennett, Danny & Lizanne Crocker, David & Mindy Coons and the army of kids that we all have. The church, called Lake Point Church, will be part of LakePoint Sporting Community and Town Center in Bartow County (about 40 miles north of Atlanta).

A Dangerous Prayer
How Rebekah and I got connected with Lake Point is an amazing story and will be told in the next post. The short version goes something like this...
         -We turned to God and prayed a simple but dangerous prayer, "God, Here am I. Send me."
And what did God do? He answered. Rebekah and I, even our two little girls, are excited to be going.

Our prayer is that in hearing our story and seeing God move in our life, you will be compelled to seek what God has for your life and that if you will trust Him and step out on faith in Him, He will provide everything you need, maybe not everything you want, but always everything you need.
